In-house Servicing of Portable Instruments
Complete service facilities are available in our fully equipped instrument workshop, which is staffed by our factory trained service engineers. We are able to repair electronic, electrical and mechanical instrumentation in minimum turnaround time. We have a fully equipped state-of-the-art gas calibration laboratory, used for calibrating gas detectors and monitors.
Our in-house pressure laboratory is fully equipped with NATA certified pressure testing instruments. Certificates of calibration can be issued for quality assurance purposes.
Commissioning and Compliance of Fixed Systems
We design, supply, install and commission fixed gas detection systems to suit all commercial requirements and can assist with green star energy efficient gas monitoring.
Installation of a gas monitoring system is only the first step. Regular maintenance by our qualified technicians will ensure that your system remains efficient and in optimum condition for years to come. As part of the commissioning process, the alarm points of your system are tested with NATA certified calibration gas to ensure that the system is operating correctly. We also provide individually signed calibration/commissioning certificates on completion to comply with Australian standards. This certificate provides details including the before and after readings of the alarm points, and highlights any recommendations for your system.
Ongoing Service
Once your system is commissioned it is handed over to our internal service coordinator who will then log all the systems details into our database. This information will be used to contact you 4 – 6 weeks prior to your system’s next service. Our service coordinator will then organise the best day and time for our service technicians to attend site to carry out ongoing maintenance. Our service coordinator will continue to offer ongoing support throughout the life of the system.
Fixed Price Service Agreements
A service agreement provides peace of mind with the certainty that the cost of regular servicing remains fixed for the duration of the contract period. This allows the ability to accurately determine the cost of the system over time. Service agreements are available for both portable gas monitors and fixed gas detection systems.
