Control Equipment Pty Ltd offers technical service and support for all gas detection instruments, both fixed and portable, as well as air sampling pumps.

✔️ Our service engineers can service and calibrate all makes and models of gas detectors and provide second-to-none service to all customers.
✔️ Our fleet of fully equipped service vehicles enables us to provide on-site breakdown service, repair, calibration, and commissioning facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Certificates of calibration can be issued for quality assurance purposes
    • Typical turnaround time is 2-3 days
    • We use NATA Traceable Calibration Gas

Fixed Price Service Agreements

    • A service agreement provides peace of mind by ensuring the cost of regular servicing remains fixed for the duration of the contract.  
    • This allows accurate determination of the system’s cost over time.  Service agreements are available for both portable gas monitors and fixed gas detection systems.

Commissioning and Compliance of Fixed Systems

    • We design, supply, install and commission fixed gas detection systems
    • Service Technicians available for on-site service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Our environmental monitoring instruments can assist in achieving a Green Star Rating
    • We provide individual, signed calibration/commissioning certificates on completion to meet compliance requirements.

Ongoing Service

    • Our internal service coordinator manages your instrument and service details.
    • Reminder sent 4–6 weeks before the calibration due date.
    • Ongoing support throughout the life of the system.
