Control Equipment Pty Ltd offers technical service and support for all gas detection instruments, both fixed and portable, as well as air sampling pumps. We pride ourselves on the technical ability of our service engineers, who are recruited from highly experienced instrumentation backgrounds. Our service engineers can service and calibrate all makes and models of gas detectors and provide service second to none to all customers. Our fleet of fully equipped service vehicles enables us to provide on-site breakdown service, repair, calibration, and commissioning facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Reminders will be sent out before the equipment is due for calibration
- We also provide individual signed calibration/commissioning certificates on completion for compliance requirements.
Ongoing Service
- Instrument and service details are managed in our database by our internal service coordinator.
- Reminder sent 4–6 weeks before the calibration due date.
- Ongoing support throughout the life of the system.
Fixed Price Service Agreements
A service agreement provides peace of mind by ensuring the cost of regular servicing remains fixed for the duration of the contract. This allows accurate determination of the system’s cost over time. Service agreements are available for both portable gas monitors and fixed gas detection systems.
