XPL DL5P Multiparameter Monitor Overview
The XPL DL5P is a stand-alone area dust and particulate monitor designed for continuous real-time environmental and workplace particulate measurement. It simultaneously displays and records multiple mass concentration channels — PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4.25, PM10 and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) — along with particle count bins (e.g., >0.3 µm, >0.5 µm, >1.0 µm, >2.5 µm and >5.0 µm), enabling broad particulate characterisation across a range of particle sizes.
Designed as a fixed or mounted area monitor, the XPL DL5P features a time-weighted average (TWA) display, comprehensive onboard datalogging, and smart device connectivity for data download and setup. It includes an on-board alarm beacon that activates when thresholds are exceeded and is cloud-ready for integration with the Dustech live monitoring platform. The unit supports wall or pole mounting and is powered through an IP66-rated plug pack, making it suitable for continuous outdoor or indoor monitoring where dust exposure and air quality are concerns.
