Hydrogen Sulphide Gas Detector Overview
This highly reliable, cost-effective Hydrogen Sulphide Gas Detector amplifier and enclosure is designed to fit into any current controller or BMS system. Used primarily in the wastewater treatment industry, the H2S sensor has proven itself to be a robust unit that stands up to any environment. The compact design and water- and dust-resistant housing ensure that not only are its sensors long-lasting, but the enclosure is as well. The electronics are protected inside an aluminium cast enclosure to avoid damage from mechanical abuse, water, dust or corrosion. Sensors for H2S are long-lasting and typically last 2–3 years.
The transmitter operates from 24 VDC (18VDC to 30 VDC), and provides a 4-20 mA signal. This allows the sensor to be connected directly to the Beacon controller series. The hydrogen sulphide transmitter can be used indoors or outdoors.
